I can be very picky when going to body shops because some can be a total pain the butt. Today I took my white Subaru, I was told it would be totaled by other shops, I’ve gone to two others. But these guys were able to do an amazing job fixing!!! It actually looks brand new and I’ve had this car for like eight years, taking about a week. Best customer service I’ve ever seen, they notified me of any changes immediately and they answered all the questions i had! They even gave me regular updates on my car! Highly recommend!!!

I took my 2023 Tacoma to South Bay Collision Center after a hit-and-run while parked, and they did an amazing job! Jeremiah took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, explaining what was broken and what wasn’t. He even ordered the part the same day, and it arrived over the weekend. The price he quoted was the best around, and the work was done quickly and flawlessly. Huge shoutout to Jeremiah and the whole team for their excellent service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

South Bay Collision Center was recommended to us for price and good turn around time, and we were not disappointed. The estimate was significantly lower than another South Bay body shop, and the final price was even lower than the estimate! The result is better than I expected. Needed to give my car a little TLC and I thankfully got recommended to South Bay Collision Center by a true friend.Was deeply amazed how clean and organized the shop was, definitely not what I imagined a shop to look like.I got an estimate on fixing all the small dents and dings my car had along with a new paint job. I went in with a price in mind and told my self if it’s more I’ll just get a new car. And wow was i surprised with my estimate!Now, I’m here writing this review, because my estimate was lower then what I was planning to spend and got a great deal to detail interior as well.I couldn’t be more pleased with the way the car came out. It was done in an absolute timely manner as they told me it would and looks perfect, brand new!Can’t believe I even thought of buying a new car hahaI will be definitely be recommending all my family and friends to South Bay Collision Center and can’t forget the detailing shop, South Bay Auto Detail.Thank you bringing my car back to LIFE!!

Was shopping around to get my BMW roof and hood painted. Tried a lot of places and either the price wasn't right or the shop was a mess and cluttered.I stopped by SouthBay Collision Center and was happy with what I found. The price was right and I felt comfortable leaving my BMW with them. They told me 3 days and in 3 days it was ready.They offered me a full detail on the rest of the car and the interior. Let me tell you they knocked it out the park. I couldn't be more pleased with there work and there detail shop that I'll return and been referring all my family and friends.

I just had my Lexus car detailed (as shown below), and it looks brand new. I drive all the way from Orange County because of the excellent work they do. I also just recently had them change my front grill, which was damaged from a minor accident. They are very family oriented, and I highly recommend them.

Best body repair shop I've had the fortune of going to. My Tesla was severely damaged, bumper completely smashed and multiple deep dents. They did an amazing job in repairing my car and got it done the same week! My car looks brand new. I can't stress enough the spectacular customer service. I would recommend them to all Tesla owners.

I recently needed to get some body work done on my 2008 Lexus. It's been through a lot and it was time for a facelift. South Bay Collision Center was recommended to me by a friend. Jeremiah quickly gave me a free and fair estimate. He referred me for a discounted rental (Costco members) at the local Enterprise Rent A Car who picked me up and dropped me off. Jeremiah and his team did a beautiful job, exactly what I asked for, in the five days they promised, and threw in a detailing service from their place next door.In addition, they agreed to do a little experiment for me. My Lexus had a cracked dashboard, from years of sun exposure. I had found a company online, called DashSkin, that makes pre-molded dashboard covers for this model. They agreed to install it if I ordered it. They did a great job. It looks like a brand new car! Thanks guys!

Since the moment I stepped foot in their office to get an estimate for my front bumper I really liked their customer service, I was a bit shaken up because of my accident and they explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable, being a girl sometimes other shops try to treat you like you’re stupid when it comes to car things but I 100% recommended them. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday morning before work and it was ready by 4pm! They even offered to drop me off at work in the morning. I hope I don’t have to be back 😅 but I’m so glad I found a good body shop if I ever need one, also my car looked as good as new when I picked it up and even though the whole bumper was replaced they matched the paint perfectly.
