Jeremiah and team are great. Looks like a family operation. Reasonable in price and did the work quickly. Easy to talk to. Provided estimates that were fair. Like their whole operation. A little hard to understand which parking lot to pull into but they just moved so they talk to you no matter where you pull in. Thanks guys!

1st off, Thank you Jeremiah and everyone that works at the establishment of South Bay Collision Center for making my 1st experience very easy but just being real and upfront with everything. My first impression of this place was warm welcomed and genuine and they are not out to just hike up the price as a lot of shops do sadly to get as much money as they can from insurance claims rather then accepting truly both insurance and out the pocket.

Short story, another driver turned into my car at a red light last minute without looking and hit my car. Nothing crazy but definitely noticeable on the front bumper. I agreed to get 3 estimates from 3 different place 1 place I have been to before and 2 others I never been before. I met Jeremiah and he was up front with a lot of information and just being real with me genially and I always appreciate that rather than adding unnecessary things to just make the prices higher as if they were trying to get as much as possible as a lot of places do with insurance companies. In my opinion the prices were fair and realistic and they will work with insurance and paying out the pocket customers.

The turn around time of completion was very convenient for me but not expected. I rather always have the job done right of course first. The bumper was fixed perfectly and within a very good turnaround time so I did not need a rental or loaner car thankfully. The work was done very professionally and they were very nice and talkative with legit information on explaining everything with me. The communication was very open and made the whole experience easy and headache free.

They have a lifetime warranty that backs their work for anything that worked on and fixed themselves. Also washed my car when my it was finished and ready for pick up. i believe on their website it shows any repairs etc. over $1000 a car wash will be included as well. I personally, had a great experience with my 1st time with Jeremiah and all of his team. I would highly recommend to at least meet Jeremiah and his team for an estimate and feel them out yourself. And of course I would recommend in general to have work done. I am extremely grateful to have met Jeremiah and his team.

I took in my jeep Cherokee earlier this year because it had a dent. Other places quoted me really high and Jeremiah’s price at south bay collision center was the most reasonable. He proposed a practical work around solution and his team did a really good job making it so that the dent was much less noticeable than before. He also touched up some other areas of the car so it looked so much better. I highly recommend this place. He is fair and extremely responsive and if I have any other issues in the future, I think I will still make the drive from Orange County to have my car looked at by him again.

After an incident with a pothole where the pothole won, they took great care of my car. They were quick, speedy, kind and professional, highly recommended
